Team
Jason our Founder and Managing Director is an experienced Executive Manager and Consultant with an excellent track record in advising and implementing sustainable business growth and marketing strategies for a variety of medium to large businesses, not-for-profit and community organisations. Before establishing Next Gear Alliance, Jason was the Chief Customer Officer at Good Sammy Enterprises. Prior to this he was the General Manager for the national footwear company Betts Group and has also held Executive Positions at the SRG Group and Scentre Group.
Jason has the experience to lead and implement strategic priorities, identify gaps and opportunities for future growth and develop strategic relationships and partnerships in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
Jason prides himself by working collaboratively with his clients and partners to deliver high quality projects, exceed targets and purpose driven outcomes.
